Creator Network Terms
These terms govern submission to and participation in the Klick Digital Creator Network. By accepting them, you agree to the following conditions.
1. Eligibility and Authority
You confirm that you are legally able to accept these terms and that you own, control, or are authorized to submit the creator profile and information provided. Representatives confirm that they have authority to act for the creator.
2. Accurate Information
You agree to provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and to correct material changes when reasonably possible. Klick Digital may request verification, decline a profile, or suspend use of information that appears inaccurate, unauthorized, misleading, or unsafe.
3. Permission to Evaluate and Present Your Profile
You authorize Klick Digital to organize, review, and share relevant submitted profile information, audience insights, availability, and indicative rates with prospective clients and campaign partners for creator matching, shortlisting, proposal preparation, and campaign evaluation. This permission does not transfer ownership of your content or grant advertising, reposting, editing, or commercial usage rights.
4. No Guaranteed Opportunity
Joining the Creator Network is free and does not guarantee selection, work, payment, minimum income, products, travel, hotel accommodation, barter, gifting, or any other benefit. Opportunities depend on client requirements, suitability, budget, availability, verification, and separate approval.
5. Rates and Negotiation
Rates submitted through the profile are indicative unless confirmed in writing for a specific campaign. Klick Digital or a client may request revised pricing, packages, deliverables, exclusivity, revisions, usage rights, or payment terms. You may accept or reject an opportunity before entering a campaign agreement.
6. Separate Campaign Agreement
Every confirmed campaign requires separate written terms covering deliverables, deadlines, approvals, compensation, taxes, expenses, cancellation, disclosure requirements, content ownership, usage rights, paid amplification, exclusivity, and other campaign conditions. No campaign is confirmed by a profile submission, automated message, draft proposal, or preliminary discussion.
7. Travel, Hotel, Barter, and Gifting
Travel support, hotel stays, products, barter, and gifting are subject to written confirmation from the relevant party. Unless expressly agreed in writing, you are responsible for travel documents, visas, taxes, insurance, expenses, safety, and legal compliance.
8. Communications
We may send service messages needed to verify or manage your submitted profile. Promotional opportunity updates are optional and may be stopped by replying with an opt-out request or contacting us. Operational records may be retained to ensure the request is honored.
9. Platform and Network Conduct
You must not submit another person's data without authority, impersonate a creator, provide fraudulent metrics, upload harmful material, interfere with the service, or use confidential campaign information outside its intended purpose.
10. Availability and Liability
The Creator Network is provided on an availability basis. To the extent permitted by law, Klick Digital is not liable for decisions made by prospective clients, lost opportunities, indirect loss, platform interruptions, third-party services, or reliance on unverified information. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Removal and Updates
You may request profile removal by contacting us. We may restrict or remove profiles for legal, security, authenticity, client-safety, or operational reasons. We may update these terms, and the current version will be shown on this page. Material changes may require renewed acceptance.
12. Governing Law and Contact
