Creator Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Klick Digital Co., Ltd. ("Klick Digital", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data submitted through the Klick Digital Creator Network and related campaign communications.

1. Data We Collect

• Creator or representative name, contact details, preferred communication channel, and social profile links.
• Audience, follower, reach, engagement, demographic, location, and platform insight information.
• Rate cards, deliverable pricing, advertising and content-usage fees, barter preferences, and commercial availability.
• Thailand travel dates, locations, and collaboration notes.
• Messages, profile updates, consent records, technical security logs, and campaign-related information.

2. Why We Use the Data

We use the data to verify creator profiles, assess suitability for campaigns, match creators with prospective clients, prepare proposals and shortlists, communicate about opportunities, prevent duplicate or unwanted contact, manage campaigns, maintain records, protect the platform, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Legal Grounds

Depending on the activity, processing may rely on your consent, steps requested before entering a campaign agreement, our legitimate interests in operating a professional creator network, performance of a contract, or compliance with law. Optional opportunity updates rely on your choice and can be stopped at any time.

4. Who May Receive the Data

Relevant profile information may be shared with prospective or confirmed brand clients, venues, hotels, production partners, media partners, and campaign service providers only as reasonably needed to evaluate or deliver an opportunity. We may also use vetted technology, hosting, email, security, and AI-assisted processing providers, or disclose information where required by law.

5. AI-Assisted Processing

We may use AI-assisted tools to extract information from audience screenshots, organize creator data, identify missing information, support matching, and draft communications for staff review. AI output is not treated as verified until reviewed. Uploaded insight images are used for extraction and are not intentionally retained in the Creator Platform after processing.

6. International Processing

Because the Creator Network supports cross-border campaigns, data may be accessed or processed outside Thailand. We take reasonable steps to use appropriate safeguards and limit transfers to the stated purposes.

7. Retention and Security

We retain creator data while a profile is active and for a reasonable period afterward based on campaign cycles, communication history, legal requirements, disputes, and suppression obligations. When data is no longer required, we will delete, securely dispose of, or de-identify it. We apply role-based access and reasonable organizational and technical safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Choices and Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, a copy, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, or deletion of your personal data. You may opt out of future opportunity messages at any time. Some records may be retained where legally required or needed to honor an opt-out.
